Each day at Aman Venice, Arva’s chefs bring their instinctive understanding of flavour to the finest seasonal produce sourced in and around the lagoon, to prepare bold, heart-warming and authentically Italian dishes that can be shared among family and friends.

Our chefs partner with local suppliers to source fresh Adriatic fish, Tuscan and Ligurian olive oils, artisanal pasta and niche market produce, creating a selection of pastas, risottos, meats, seafood and cicchetti-inspired small plates.
